When I respond to your inquiry, I’ll send you a link to schedule a discovery meeting (options for video call or in-person). We’ll talk all about your brand, your goals for the project, and I’ll answer any questions you have.

Proposal
After our meeting, I’ll send you a proposal based on your specific needs, including the contract and invoice.
4.
book
Once you’ve selected your services in the proposal, signed the contract, and paid the retainer (40% of your invoice), you will be officially booked!

I’ll send a link to schedule our first planning meeting after booking is complete. We’ll start figuring out logistics and prioritizing our creative ideas. We’ll schedule a second planning meeting if needed.

Shoot
We’ll have the best time going with the flow and creating never-before-seen images for your brand!
7.

Within a few days of your shoot, I’ll send a gallery of all the photos for you to choose the ones you’d like me to edit. I can also choose for you to take that task off your plate!
8.
Final delivery
You will receive your final edits within 3 weeks of when you make your selections.
FAQs
I recommend reaching out at least 2 months before you need to have your final photos. It’s possible to work with a smaller window, but I can’t guarantee I’ll have availability!
Absolutely! I specialize in working with people who don’t know what to do as soon as the camera comes out. I address this by making sure we have a good connection so you feel comfortable around me, making sure we’re both fully prepared for the session, and I have over 12 years of experience on both sides of the camera so I know how to guide you into natural poses.
You can always purchase more edits before and after your session! If you have a certain number in mind, I can build that into your proposal. Pricing depends on usage needs.
10000% YES! Planning and creative direction are a huge part of what I offer. I don’t just show up on shoot day and hope it goes well. I spend hours coming up with creative concepts, collaborating with you, creating timelines, shot lists, mood boards, gathering props, and more to make sure we can create the photos you’re dreaming of. If I’ve done my job, you should have no question about how to prepare or what to expect going into your session.
Yes! I’m happy to work with you to find a plan that works. Please note that your invoice must be paid in full BEFORE our session, even with payment plans.
I live in Seattle, WA but I’m always up for an adventure! Submit an inquiry if you’re interested in other locations and we’ll discuss options.
Yes! During our discovery call, we’ll talk about your usage needs and I’ll make sure everything you need is included in our licensing agreement.
Your rights with the photos will depend on what we put in the licensing agreement! Tell me what you need and we’ll go from there. If you’re not sure, I can help with that too. Some usage situations will cost extra. Most small brands just need digital usage rights (social media, website, ads, etc.), so I include that with all of my brand sessions.
Across the board, I retain the copyright ownership of all images. (This is standard practice with most photography situations, and is actually the default by law.) This means I’m the only one who has the legal right to determine how they can be used. In our agreement, I’ll be giving you certain rights to use them as well. Generally, you are given exclusive rights, meaning I will not let anyone else use them (other than myself).
